We appreciate your support and patronage. Please know when your order is placed, the item(s) you ordered are taken out of stock, made unavailable to other customers, and we begin preparation to fulfill your order. Order changes and cancellations are NOT accepted.
Ensure your order and information is correct and complete before confirming and submitting the purchase request. This includes but is not limited to properly entering: the correct color, item amount, size, billing & shipping address, payment/card information, and/or promotional discount coupon code (if available).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be given for any items ordered out of error (wrong design, size, number of items, or color selected by you), as these items are made to order per your request. See below, section Returns, Refunds and Exchanges, for more details.
If your package is returned to us as “undeliverable” by the shipping provider, you will be charged a 20% restock fee. A store credit will be issued. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. See below, section Delayed, Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments, for more details.
Currently, ALL items in SHOP! Belonging to Blackness Podcast Swag, including printed and embroidered apparel and accessories, stationary and travel mugs, are made to order, and could possibly take up to 3-5 business days to ship.
Be advised non-apparel items or embroidered items may ship separately and processing times will vary:
An act of God/ force majeure clause: Sometimes unforeseeable natural events or situations beyond human control can occur. As such, no refunds will be issued for processing/shipping delays. A full store credit may be requested only if your order has NOT shipped.
We are NOT liable for packages once they are scanned in by the shipping provider, who confirms they are in possession of your package and provides the tracking information. Should you have questions and concerns about any shipping or delivery issues, or need to file a shipping claim, please contact the shipping provider directly.
If your package is undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided, we do not assume responsibility if the package is lost or returned to us.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but is missing, please contact the shipping provider for verification of delivery location, and/or your local authorities to report theft. NO replacements or refunds will be issued on “delivered” orders.
Orders returned to us by shipping provider, due to incomplete/ incorrect address or is marked “undeliverable” for any reason (including returned to sender), will be processed as a return and charged a 20% restock fee. The restock fee will be deducted from a store credit in the form of an e-gift card that will be emailed to you. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
SHOP! Belonging to Blackness Podcast Swag does NOT offer refunds or exchanges but will gladly offer a store credit in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card for the return of defective items only reported to us within 10 days of delivery. If determined the product is in fact defective, you may receive a store credit or reshipment; your choice. The store credit is for the cost paid for the item. Whether you paid full price (or used a promotional discount coupon code), you will receive the amount you paid minus the 20% restocking fee and the original shipping fee.
