Dolores Ortiz is a Macro Social Worker with over 17 years of experience working in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector with a particular focus on youth development. Currently, Dolores Ortiz is Vice President of Programs at the United South End Settlements and has previously held roles in program innovation and development at Just-A-Start Corporation, BNY Mellon, Year Up Boston, and Organization for a New Equality.
